We specialize in renovating distressed homes, using software-driven operations to scale a large number of smaller markets concurrently. In just a few years, we've grown to 11k homes in over two dozen metros, and we're continuing to expand. As part of our growth, we are looking for business minded Plumbing Contractors to help with Plumbing needs across dozens of homes.

Your Mandate

SFR3 is expanding its operations, bringing it's high-tech toolkit to new markets around the country and we need talented Plumbing Contractors like you to put those tools to work.

Whether you've got four crews or twenty, SFR3 can provide a steady stream of jobs like you've never seen before -- all at fair pricing and with lighting-fast payment.
Qualifications:

• Licensed Plumber
• Reputable reputation
• Knowledge of local and national building/property management codes
• Experience in managing to a realistic but aggressive timeframe and budget
• An ownership approach to all aspects of the job; you pride yourself on speed and quality.
